CPVC granular material is the pelletized
product prepared with CPVC resin after processing. It's
clear, healthful and convenient use without dirt. CPVC resin
is one kind of engineering plastic with excellent performance,
and prepared with PVC after chlorination, its chlorine content
is increased from 56.7% in PVC to 63~69%, make the irregularity
of molecule structure and the polarity of molecule chain
increase, accordingly raise the heat distortion temperature.
The highest service temperature of CPVC product can be up
to 110 ℃ , increase 30~40 ℃ than that of PVC, in the same
time, improve the anti-chemical performance and corrosion
resistant performance. It can resist the chemical corrosion
of acid, caustic, salt, soap, oxidant, and halogen etc.
In addition, the tensile strength and bend strength are
improved a lot than that of PVC. CPVC has excellent chemical
resistance, corrosion resistance and flame retardance, compared
with other high molecule material.
There are many parallels between
CPVC and PVC. The thermal decomposition temperature is lower
and it is 100~135 ℃ . It is amorphous un-crystal material.
The machining temperature of CPVC is 180~190 ℃ . Its machining
scope is narrow; the melt viscosity is big and the workability
is worse than that of PVC. Therefore, in order to popularize
the application of CPVC and give convenience to customers
for processing, we process CPVC resin into granular material
to meet the demand of the market according to scientific
formulation. In recent years, aiming at the intractable
performance of CPVC resin, we nearly cooperated with domestic
influential scientific research institutes and carried out
the thorough investigation to the formulation of CPVC product
and processing technical condition. We thought that process
the CPVC resin into granular material for our customers
could effectively settle the difficult problem of “difficult
processing” and also increase the production efficiency
of the customers. Accordingly, we developed two categories
and five kinds of granular materials.
The two categories of granular materials
include injection molding material and extruded stock. The
injection molding granular material includes chemical tower
filling, fittings material of drinkable hot water pipe and
fittings material of general hot water pipe. The extruded
material includes cable tube material and chemical heat-resistant
